Who we are

What we collect
When you fill in the form on our website, we collect:
- your first name, agency, the suburbs you cover and your number of listings per month
- your mobile number and email address
- how you found us (for example the ad you clicked), using standard tracking tags in the page address
If you book a call, Calendly also collects your name, email and the time you chose.
Our website uses the Meta Pixel, which records visits and actions on the page (such as sending the form or booking a call) along with technical information like your browser and device.
Why we collect it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare and hold the call you booked, and send you a proposal if you ask for one. We use the Meta Pixel to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who are more likely to be interested.
We do not sell your personal information, and we won't add you to a mailing list without asking you first.
Who we share it with
We use a few services to run this website. They process your information on our behalf:
- Formspree, which receives the form and sends it to us by email
- Calendly, which handles call bookings
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), which provides the Meta Pixel
- Netlify, which hosts the website
Some of these services store data outside Australia, mainly in the United States. By using the form, you agree to your information being handled this way.
Cookies and the Meta Pixel
The Meta Pixel uses cookies and similar technology. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and you can control how Meta uses your data for ads from your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months if you don't become a client. If you do, we keep them for as long as we work together and as long as the law requires for business records.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Email fobviz@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.
If you are not happy with how we handled your request, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
